Paul and I set up Fallon & Byrne and we've put our all into it. I'm so sad that it didn't fulfil early promise for you. We have tried so hard (and continue to) to make it a home for great food - that was really all we ever wanted - and to make it a nice place to be. That said, I'm glad I've read your review. We've got to keep plugging away at these things. As Bertie says...more to do.
